With this highly flexible, suspended design, the high-voltage, battery and potential equalization cables run directly above the bellows outside the vehicle – fully integrated in the vehicle design and hidden from view by side bellow attachments or complete enclosure.
The big plus of this power guidance system: The relative movements of the cables to each other are substantially reduced, enabling a maximum kink angle of up to +/- 54° and a pitch angle of up to +/- 10°.

PLASTOTECT/Carbon Fleece/PU is an open-celled flexible foam based on melamine resin that comes equipped with a PU barrier and a nonwoven carbon fabric lamination. This combination provides sound absorption together with thermal insulation. The product is optimally protected against the penetration of liquid media under pressure. The carbon fleece layer is oil and water repellent and the top polyurethane layer is diesel-proof. The material is therefore suitable for use in engine compartments.
PLASTOTECT/Carbon Fleece/PU is a low density material. It can be used at a wide range of temperatures and has a high fire safety rating, tested in accordance with ECE-R118 Annex 6,7,9.

ECUtronic
The ECUtronic company emerged from a cooperation between the Fraunhofer Institute for Transport and Infrastructure Systems (IVI) in Dresden and the company HÜBNER based in Kassel, Germany.
ECUtronic is a young and dynamic start-up that is working principally on the application and integration of electronic control units for various street-based vehicle applications. Glass fiber reinforced plastic - GFRP
The economical fiber composite material GFRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic) can be used for many applications and is characterized by a high degree of strength and impact resistance. At the same time, it has very extensive design and configuration possibilities.
We can provide product development, prototype and sample construction, as well as mold and model making, plus series production and painting. With the selection of the appropriate resin system, the corresponding fire behavior characteristics can also be implemented.

PLASTOCELL POLYETHYLENSCHAUM
Polyethylenschaum ist flexibel und luftundurchlässig. Durch seine geschlossene Zellstruktur eignet er sich besonders gut zur thermischen Isolierung in Bereichen, wo sich Kondenswasser bildet. Dies ist zum Beispiel im Seitenwandbereich eines Busses der Fall.
Neben der Kälte- und Wärme-Isolierung dient der Schaumstoff auch der Abdichtung. Polyethylenschaum ist sehr elastisch und zeigt gute Rückstelleigenschaften.
Wir führen Qualitäten, die nach ECE-R118 Anhang 6,7,8 geprüft sind.
PLASTOBOND POLYESTERVLIES
PLASTOBOND Polyestervlies ist ein mit Schmelzfasern gekrempeltes Polyesterprodukt zur Schallabsorption und Wärmedämmung. Da es aus schwer entflammbaren anorganischen Fasern besteht, dient es gleichzeitig dem Brandschutz, entspricht ECE-R118 Anhang 6,7,8. Es dient zum Beispiel zur Dämmung des Daches oder Dachrandbereiches. Das Material kann optional selbstklebend und/oder mit einer PU-Oberflächenbeschichtung angeboten werden.
Polyestervlies ist frei von chemischen Bindemitteln und damit allergiearm und hautsympathisch. Auch bietet das anorganische Material Schimmelpilzen oder Hausstaubmilben keine Lebensgrundlage.
Standardfarben sind schwarz, anthrazit und weiß.
PLASTOFORM SCHALLDÄMMFOLIE
PLASTOFORM Schalldämmfolie ist ein thermoplastisches Kunststoffmaterial aus unvulkanisierten Synthesekautschuken (z.B. Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Copolymeren), spezifisch schweren mineralischen Füllstoffen und Weichmachern. Jutegewebe kann optional als Oberflächenfinish und zur besseren Verklebung von Schwerfolien eingesetzt werden. Das hohe spezifische Gewicht unserer Schwerfolien erzielt hohe Luftschalldämmwerte, besonders effizient im Fußbodenbereich eines Busses. Wir führen Qualitäten, die nach ECE-R118 Anhang 6,7,8 geprüft sind.
PLASTOTECT/CARBONVLIES/ PU
PLASTOTECT/Carbonvlies/PU ist ein offenzelliger Weichschaumstoff auf Melaminharzbasis, der mit einer Carbonvlieskaschierung und einer PU-Deckschicht ausgestattet ist. Die Kombination dient der Schallabsorption und gleichzeitig der thermischen Isolation. Das Produkt ist optimal gegen das Eindringen flüssiger Medien unter Druck geschützt. Die Carbonvliesschicht ist öl- und wasserabweisend, die PU-Deckschicht ist dieseldicht, deshalb ist es zum Einsatz im Motorraum geeignet.
PLASTOTECT/Carbonvlies/PU zeichnet sich durch ein geringes Raumgewicht, einen großen Einsatztemperaturbereich und hohe Brandsicherheit aus, geprüft nach ECE-R118 Anhang 6,7,9.
